Return Policy

• - We offer 15 days return or exchange on good products. All return and exchange products must be in its original condition. A credit or exchange may be issued per request upon inspection. Customer will be responsible for 15% merchandise restocking fee if items are received within 16-30 days from the date of receiving; 50% within 31-60 days and no return will be accepted if past 60 days.
• - Shipping cost is non-refundable. Exchange may be accepted for any defective products.
• - After the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is issued, the products must be received within 7 business days for the RMA to be valid.
• - We do not offer return shipment on return/exchange/defective products unless the products were sent from us by mistakes.
• - All discounted sales are final. No adjustments/credits/returns/RMAs on previous purchase prior discounted sales.
• - We do not accept any return on special pre-order/pre-order/custom orders unless it is a mishap caused internally. All closeout/clearance products are final sales; no exchange, no refund, and no return.
• - No merchandise can be returned to Reiko Wireless without proof of purchase from us.
