REIKO WIRELESS INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISUSING OR ANY DAMAGED CAUSED BY WRONG INSTALLATIOIN OF THE ITEM. IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPPING, SIMPLY PLEASE NOTIFY US BY PHONE OR EMAIL. WE DO REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURN SHIPMENT, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR RETURN. OUTBOND REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT COST WILL BE PAID BY THE BUYER.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DYAS THAT SUBJECT TO THE ORGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, OR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
* All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
* You may be responsible for a merchandise restocking charge of 15% in 16-30 days, 50% in 31-60 days. Over 60 days cannot return.
* All items must be returned in their original containers in the condition they were received with instruction manuals, and all original packaging materials, etc. or they may be refused.
* Any items that have been bent, scratched, altered or otherwise damaged or incomplete due to my error are not acceptable for return.
* Bluetooth, Charms, Memory card ,Screen protector, Stereo Hands free/ stereo headset and other personal products can never be returned once opened.
* Reiko wireless Inc. has the right to refuse any package that does not comply with the above.
